If your one of those that doesn’t keep up with backing up your system as you should, then you may want to take a good look at the free utility below. This new product called Backup to Email will allow you to right-click on any file and send it to your Gmail account for safe keeping. This is a great and easy backup solution if you have some really important files that you just can’t afford to lose.

The only catch is you need a Gmail account for this to work and even if you already have one I recommend setting up a secondary Gmail account so the backups don’t clutter up your primary account. Only problem I’ve found is that it used a non-standard port (465) for SMTP, so it may not work from your office due to firewall restrictions.
