Kitchen Fire Safety

I know it’s a bit random, but my uncle sent this to me and I think it’s valuable info/reminder for everyone. Now that it has my attention I’ve decided it’s time to go buy a fire extinguisher as we are starting to cook at home much more.
If you do buy a fire extinguisher make sure you get the right class for it’s possible usage, for example you don’t want to use a Class A on a grease fire because it uses water which of course will only make things worse. You’ll want a Class B / C which are dry chemical extinguishers. See more about them on Fire Extinguisher 101.
