American Airlines sues Google over ads

I’m actually shocked it took this long for such a high profile company to do this. Geico had a similar lawsuit against Google two years ago but lost. It all revolves around how companies can use trademarked words from rival companies to trigger sponsored links to their own website. Here is the story about the American Airline lawsuit. Personally I side with Google on this one…
