Use Zillow.com to estimate your house value

A friend at worked out pointed out a pretty slick website that allows you to estimate the real time value of virtually any house you want, obviously including your own. All you need to do is type in the address and click submit. Hard to say how accurate it is, although from messing around myself I’d say it appears fairly accurate. Also read a story about the site in the Seattle Post that says it has a 7.2% margin of error- so not too bad, check it out!
