At the risk of turning this into a google-blog, I must point out yet another slick product that Google just released called: Google Notebook

You have to use Firefox to utilize this tool (of course I know you all do already) as it is installed as a Firefox extension. It allows you to take notes from sites you visit and store them online so that you can access them anywhere by logging in with you google account. Adding notes is as easy as copying the text & images that you want to save from a website, right-clicking, and choosing Note This from them menu. Then to review the notes at a later time click on Open Notebook link on the bottom of your status bar.

Personally I know this is something I will use as currently I copy content all the time out of web pages and paste on an offline notebook tool. This should be better because I can access it anywhere and the formatting is much better. Next time I’m researching for our next vacation destination or reading an interesting techie article I want to save I’ll be using Google Notebook…

Started using Google Notebook, and I like it. I’m constantly writing notes on craps of paper. Kelly keeps handing me piles to consolidate or throw away. So, I’m liking it. Except for the login issues. Right now, the best way to access Notebook is to login to you google account, and then open the Notebook. If attempt to login through Notebook, you get password errors.
