Want to get in shape and build some muscle, but don’t want to join a gym or purchase lots of workout equipment for your home? You may want to look at this post from ZenHabits which outlines some great bodyweight workouts that require little or no equipment. This is something that I’m very interested in as I’ve been wanting to add some strength building to my current cardio workouts of running and biking, however I have no interesting in joining a gym.
I’m going to try and get a schedule built of some these exercises with the help of my cousin and maybe I’ll post back later with how things it works out for me!
