Obama a Hypocrite on Equal Pay?

Judge for yourself. This is what he says he stands for in his own words.
However when a watchdog group called LegiStorm took a look at what Obama pays his full time Senate staffers it found that he does not appear to practice what he preaches. Here is an exert of an article in the Seattle Post from yesterday:
“Obama’s commitment to federally mandated pay equity stretches from the Rockies to Wall Street and beyond. And yet it seems to have eluded his Senate office. Compensation figures for his legislative staff reveal that Obama pays women just 83 cents for every dollar his men make.”

Now what’s even more interesting is the comparison to Senator McCain’s staff salaries. The man that Obama always attacks as not being for equal pay actually pays the woman on his staff MORE than men. “McCain’s 17 male staffers split $916,914, thus averaging $53,936. His 25 female employees divided $1,396,958 and averaged $55,878.”
