Huge props to Bill Clinton

He’s been hitting the talk show circuit over the past few days and while I haven’t seen them all or even the entire length of one, what I’ve seen and read I’ve really liked. He’s not playing politics and it appears he’s just giving his actual opinion on things and quite frankly, as simple as that sounds, it is a breath of fresh air. I hate the hypocrisy and “must stay on talking points” that goes on for BOTH sides.
I think American people like honesty and less crap thrown back in forth. It’s gotten silly lately from both McCain and Obama, but even more so from their supporters that his the interview circuits.

Also big props to George W Bush for his address to the nation last night. I thought that he really did a good job of breaking down what is going on and how the government intends to fix it. If we can come up with a good plan for this mess I’ll start to gain some confidence back in our government which seems so lost in partisan politics lately that it makes me sick to my stomach.
