A friend sent this over to me today, it’s a story that bodes well for me. According to a report by CNN/Business 2.0 Orlando is the #1 hottest market for America’s best jobs. As it states, and as most of my fellow O-town residents know our great city (many times in accordance with UCF) has done a great job of attracting some top notch industries. From the article:

Orlando once leaned heavily on Disney World and its service-sector spinoffs to prop up its economy, but these days it’s pulling in life sciences, digital media, and health-care companies with affordable (or subsidized) land and tax breaks. Electronic Arts; Hollywood animation firm House of Moves; and Burnham Institute, a top-rated cancer research center, are all expanding and adding jobs here.
