Book Review: Spy

Just finished reading a fictional book called Spy from author Ted Bell. Although this is a fictional suspense thriller, it’s plot revolves around many issues we are dealing with today including Islamic terrorists, border / immigration problems, and Mr. Hugo Chavez down in Venezuela to name a few. It’s a bit frightening considering many of the things in the book are things that probably could happen, but it’s not the type reading that makes you want to pop your head in the sand.

Fun characters including the main one Alex Hawke whom I guess is a reoccurring character in some of Ted Bells books so I’ll have to check out the others. At 700 pages it’s not the fastest read, but the last half absolutely flies by with action and suspense. All in all its a great summer read.
