Credit cards do anything they can to entice you to apply for them, but I can tell you firsthand hand though that one of them lives up to the billing. Blue Cash from American Express.
Why do I say this- it’s simple: we just got $550 cash back from Amex for the past year’s purchases. No strings, they just gave us $550 like that. Plus there is no annual fee, a decent APR, and all the standard Amex benefits. If you spend more than $6,500 annually you get 5% back on everyday purchases.
The trick…just use your card to make just about all your purchases. That is what Shan and I did and it worked out nicely I’d say. So if you have good credit…go BLUE.

They honor it too.
