Yeah, I know what you mean. With my blog, although I hope for people to be active participants, I am also fine with it simply being a place for me to share.
Do you also keep a journal… an “analog” journal? I do. I like both, each for different reasons. I think we all have a public and a private side. I like being able to express myself in either capacity.

Yeah I figure when I’m really old it will be fun to take a look back at this to see how my interests changed over the years. That’s the main reason I’m doing this.
No analog journal for me, I tried that once but it only lasted a week or so. Plus I have the worst handwriting in the world so I probably won’t be able to read what I wrote anyway.
